We accept payment by most credit and debit cards. These are processed online using the Shopify & PayPal secure payment service. Prices are shown in Great British Pounds Sterling. Credit cards are pre-authorised immediately using the Shopify Pay & PayPal secure system. As part of our commitment to the security of our customers, we may contact you to request further validation of your details.

Using the Shopify Pay & PayPal system, your credit card information remains safely in the hands of you and Shopify Pay & PayPal. No-one else has access to this.

At HD Car Care, we only use your personal information in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We collect your information from you so that we can process your online order and provide an easy and fast online shopping experience.

You have the right to refuse any marketing emails from us, and we will not email you without your prior consent.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your order up to the point of dispatch, by either phone or email. Your order will then be refunded in full. If you decide to cancel the order or you no longer require the items once they have been shipped, you can return them to us within 14 days. All items should be returned to us in an unused condition and in the original packaging. You should also enclose your proof of purchase. Return postage must be paid by yourself. Once we have received the returned items we will issue a refund to the original payment method used. This can take up to 4 working days.

DAMAGED ITEMS

All damaged items must be reported to us within 48 hrs of delivery. You can contact us via phone or email to report the damage. Photographic evidence will be required. Once we have received notification that an item is damaged we will then have the item collected and returned to us where we will then issue a replacement item or a refund.
