DELIVERY & RETURNS
We regret to inform you that our courier has recently increased its shipping charges to Scottish Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland. Regrettably, we are unable to offer free delivery to these areas and the current delivery charge is £14.00 (0.00 - 30.00kg), because of the UK leaving the European Union we may need to complete additional customs declarations, therefore please allow up to 5 working days for delivery before contacting us. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. Our shipping policy will be updated accordingly.
DHL Delivery (UK Mainland Only) Orders over the 2 kg weight limit will be sent by the UK Mail/DHL or APC Overnight Next Day delivery service (Orders must be placed Monday to Friday and before 12 pm). This delivery option costs £7.00 and is fully trackable to your door (UK Mail/DHL or APC Overnight will provide you with a one-hour delivery window so you don't have to wait in all day for your parcel!)
All our services are fully trackable. To keep an eye on the whereabouts of your parcel please use the appropriate tracking link below and enter your tracking/consignment number. We will inform you of your tracking reference number once we have processed your order via e-mail.

Please note that deliveries for next day need to be placed Monday - Friday by midday to ensure same day dispatch on stock lines. Next day delivery applies to the next working day.
- All public holidays and bank holidays are classed as non-business days.
- We cannot be held responsible for delays incurred by our couriers or delays due to bad weather or any other circumstance that is beyond our control.
- All deliveries to Northern Ireland are subject to a £9.00 carriage charge.
- For deliveries to other areas including Isle of Man, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands and Southern Ireland please contact us for a quote.
No shipping charge will be applied and your order held at our premises; Unit 2, The Old Yacht Station, The Staithe, Stalham, NR12 9DA.
Although we welcome customers to collect their order from our premises we must remind you that primarily we’re an online business and as a result we do not operate set opening hours, typically orders are processed and collected within 24 hours of being placed (excluding weekends), once you’ve placed your order you should inform us via email on sales@hdcarcare.co.uk what day and approximate time you would like to collect the order. Please give adequate notice of your intended collection time, this is to ensure we have the time required and resources to collect your item(s) since not all stock is kept in one location and we may need to transport stock to the unit ready for your collection.

Returns
- Please include your order reference number and contact details with the returned goods.
- Our returns policy is valid for 30 days (from date of purchase) - if this has elapsed unfortunately we are unable to issue a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- It is advisable to use a shipping method that requires a signature upon delivery since proof of sending will not constitute proof of receipt of any returned item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
